Three Rivers Casino Coos Bay is now operational – Oregon
Oregon (USA) has just had a new and operational casino. It is about the Three Rivers Casino Coos Bay, the inauguration ceremony of which took place on Tuesday May 7. According to the former chairman of the tribal council, Bob Garcia, an investment of $ 15 million was allocated to this project, including $ 5 million for the construction needs, and about $ 600,000 for security equipment purchase. The facility was projected to open since 2025 but it is not until May 2025 that everything was completed. This gambling premise was exclusively designed to match the tastes of local customers. According to Bob Garcia, Oregon residents, including Coos Bay's and the whole Empire area's are the target customers of the casino. Yet, folks from Portland are also welcome.
Though facing fierce competition from local and neighboring gambling establishments, Garcia stated that they have conducted feasibility studies before the project. Hence, he remains confident about the future of the Three Rivers Casino. He even thinks that competition will improve the quality of services. Interestingly, the casino bets on premium customer service to attract better clientele. Recall that Three Rivers Casino now has 90 full-time employees. And bolstering the workforce is part of the casino's plan with nearly 110 total employees in the next couple of months. Some of them have been undergoing training since Tuesday. According to Garcia, the casino will surely contribute to the development of Empire area.
